How much does an AI chatbot or automation cost in Sri Lanka?
Every project is quoted after a free discovery call, because it depends on what the system needs to do and how much it will be used. Each quote has three parts: a one-time build fee fixed in writing, an ongoing fee for hosting, monitoring and tuning, and AI model or WhatsApp usage passed through at cost. We estimate your monthly running cost before you commit. Sri Lankan projects are quoted in LKR and international projects in USD.
What can realistically be automated in my business?
Repetitive work with a clear input and output automates well: answering common customer questions, moving data between systems, generating documents, routing leads, reporting and first-line support. Work that needs real judgement does not, and we will tell you so. We start by mapping where your team actually loses hours.
Can you build a WhatsApp chatbot for my business?
Yes. We build AI agents on the official WhatsApp Business API that answer enquiries, take bookings and share order updates, with a dashboard where your team can see every conversation and take over at any time. It is the same system we run for our clients today as the WhatsApp Support Suite.
How is an AI agent different from a regular chatbot?
A regular chatbot follows a fixed script and gets stuck on anything it was not programmed for. An AI agent works from your own business information, understands questions phrased in many different ways, can take actions in your connected systems, and hands over to a person with the full conversation when it reaches its limits.
Will the AI give customers wrong answers?
Any system can make mistakes, so we design for it. Agents answer from your approved content rather than making things up, stay within the topics you choose, and hand over to a person when they are unsure. We test them against real past questions before anything goes live, and keep tuning them after launch.
How long before automation pays for itself?
